Can I ring you on the mobile phone for assistance?
We will endeavour to answer mobile calls or return calls during travelling or breaktimes. We usually check the phone every hour if we are on a major install. We don’t expect customers to pay for the time it takes to call other customers.

HOW DO YOU INVOICE?
We like to process our Invoices electronically. We can Post or Email the invoice anywhere.
Accounts are to be settled within 7 days, or by arrangement.
Individual contracts will differ. Generally our charge rate is $121/hr (2 hr minimum) then charged in 15min increments thereafter.
Quotes are free for existing clients otherwise if we attend site the New Job fee must be paid – see above.
Estimates are free.  
Emergency Breakdown Call out
What If I have a Breakdown that needs urgent repair?   
If you have an urgent breakdown and we are not currently engaged in another breakdown we will immediately proceed to you location. Please note you will be charged $121/ hr per person during travel to and from your location.

Urgent Breakdown Call Out After Hours Fee is $160/hr.

 Any Contract Verbal or otherwise includes and adheres with the Intaphaze Terms of Trade.
