Intaphaze, recognizes that the world is faced with a number of social, economic and climatic challenges. At Intaphaze, we believe that it is our responsibility to play an active role in responding to some of these serious problems through our solutions, competencies and other resources.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We aim to reduce travel time for our customers by organising our workload in a productive and efficient manner. This is achieved by careful planning of our workdays into geographical areas. We will also travel enroute to customers.

SUPPORT
Can I ring you on the mobile phone for assistance?
We will endeavour to answer mobile calls or return calls during travelling or breaktimes. We usually check the phone every hour if we are on a major install. We don’t expect customers to pay for the time it takes to call other customers.

QUOTES

We only do quotes for new large projects or permanent ongoing contracts.

The Standard charge rate for for projects under $3300 for labour only is $121 per Man hour, plus materials and travel time.

BILLING

New Jobs:  A Call Out fee of $242 inc gst must be paid before we proceed to the place of work, This includes travel and 1 hour labour, materials are extra. This fee does not apply to existing jobs – returning to a job or existing contracts. Payment can be done in Cash or preferably by Pay ID – using the Business mobile number – 0412 007 801 or stephen@intaphaze.com

HOW DO YOU INVOICE?
We like to process our Invoices electronically. We can Post or Email the invoice anywhere.
Accounts to be settled within 7 days, or by arrangement.
Currently our charge rate is $121/hr for the first Hour 2 hr minimum, then charged in 15min increments thereafter.
Quotes are free for existing clients otherwise if we attend site the New Job fee must be paid – see above.
Emergency Breakdown call out AH is $140 /hr

What If I have a Breakdown that needs urgent repair?  
If you have an urgent breakdown or repair and we are not currently engaged in another breakdown we will immediately proceed to your location.

Please note you will be charged $121/hr per person during travel to and from your location

Emergency Breakdown Call Out After Hours Fee is $160/hr.
